  1. you are not able to self-reset your MIMS password as you have not set up the MIMS challenge questions. If you have set up the challenge questions, you should try to reset your MIMS password yourself by clicking on Forgot Password at https://idp.mims.moe.gov.sg/nidp//app/login
  2. your SLS account is locked or not activated
  3. your PLD Chromebook has hardware issues
